Sparing a Dime to Save a College


LinkThe big schools may be scaling back construction and hiring, but some of the little ones are struggling to get by, period. Morris Brown College paid off a chunk of its water bill last week only after its students approached passing cars and boarded city buses for donations.

Are Hugs the New Handshakes?
